Fraternal Department News

Many Thanks to everyone for supporting the Royal Arcanum's hurricane relief project for members and friends in North Carolina; some have been terribly impacted in Asheville and its neighboring communities. Power remains out in several areas. Contributions may be offered through the end of the year as we provide gift cards and funds to directly help the residents, volunteer emergency squads, and places that continue to provide volunteer services to the afflicted.
The project announcement will also appear in the autumn Bulletin.

Another word of sincere thanks is sent to council officers and fraternal committees for sharing plans for their council gifting project for "Operation Holiday Chest 2024". This initiative is being sponsored in memory of former Fraternal Director Frances Magnotta who passed in February. Projects can be conducted from Thanksgiving to New Year's! We look forward to hearing from our members regarding this special tribute to "Fran" and having highlights of the projects shared with the Arcanian family.

Supreme Regent Visitations

Supreme Regent Nicole Covelli would love to visit your jurisdiction and share her program with our members. Deputy Supreme Regents should contact the Home Office and schedule a visit. Start planning with your Grand Council and get on her calendar!

Charitable Activities Highlights

The 2024 IFS Program Has 2 Months Remaining

The International Fraternal Service Program can earn each Council and Grand Council a reimbursement of half of qualifying donations up to $1,000 each year. There are two months left in this calendar year to qualify for 2024 reimbursements. Refresh your knowledge of the IFS program and use the IFS form to maximize your council's 2024 reimbursement. Donations made in 2024 can request reimbursement through the end of February 2025.

College News

The Deadline for Applications is Approaching

Do you know a member who is eligible to apply for a Royal Arcanum Scholarship or Grant? The deadline to apply is December 31. Don't wait! Call 1-888-ARCANUM or visit our website and apply soon!

Previous Scholarship Winners Reminder

Scholarships are paid to the college of the scholarship winners. To ensure funds are sent correctly, winners must submit their tuition bills to the Home Office. Send in your tuition bills right away, or contact the Home Office with any questions.

Scholarship Winners Request

Are you or do you know a scholarship winner from previous years? We would love to feature an article about you in upcoming bulletins. Please let us know what you are doing today and how winning a Royal Arcanum scholarship changed your college experience. You didn't have to be an English major to write the article, just give us some information and we'll be happy to help you write the article.

We also want to make sure we have your most recent contact information. Please e-mail us with your preferred contact information (email, address, phone) so we can keep in touch.
