High School days are ending for Seniors. It's time to enjoy a bit of summer relaxation soon. Before you completely kick up your feet, don't forget a few important tasks. Final Exams You're not done with high school yet! Be sure to study for those exams and lock in the grades you've earned all year. No need to risk a late college rejection because of a poor showing in your last tests in high school. You've got this! Prepare to be a Freshman Being a senior has been nice, but come autumn, you'll be a freshman again. A freshman in college, though, is an exciting time. Prepare to make it the best time yet. Check when you should sign up for orientation -- that may be soon or may be right now. There may be some online registrations needed to even get started. Check with the information you received from your school of choice, and remember to keep to the schedule they recommend. Still Need College Funds? While many scholarship application deadlines have already passed, that doesn't mean all have. Some scholarships may still be available. It's also a good time to line up a summer job, and may be time to start looking for some side work that fits into your upcoming class schedule. If you prepare now, it will make the transition easier and just may make your life at college a bit more pleasant.
