The song, “See You in September” may prompt us to take a deeper glance into our insurance coverage. Life Insurance Awareness Month is observed every September to promote the importance of life insurance for financial security. Various programs aim to educate consumers about the role of life insurance in protecting families and to encourage them to review their coverage needs.
The Royal Arcanum, operating now for over 148 years, has permanent life insurance plans available for newborns through senior years. There’s also a PLUS to being a member of our Society. Fraternal benefits, Junior programs, community service initiatives, socials, charitable projects, and other engaging opportunities are available through member involvement in the subordinate, grand, and supreme councils.
Visit our website, www.royalarcanum.com, to learn more about the insurance plans that are available. The ‘Timeline’ brochure provides a great snapshot of the offerings. You can also phone the Home Office at 1-888-272-2686 if you’d care to increase your coverage or if you need additional information for enrolling a family member or friend.
Our fraternal family is growing, and we look forward to welcoming more members into the Royal Arcanum!

The Royal Arcanum commends our officers and members throughout the jurisdictions for their dedication to the principles of “Virtue, Mercy, and Charity” and for extending charitable spirit to communities, near and far.
With councils resuming regular schedules as September gets underway, it might be a good time for councils to consider making a donation to a charitable cause or conducting a collection drive or activity that will benefit a charity. In doing so, you’ll help the cause and at the same time have the opportunity to introduce others to the good work being done by Royal Arcanum members and councils. Everyone’s efforts will make this month a September to Remember!

“A meritocracy is a system in which the people who are the luckiest in their health and genetic endowment; luckiest in terms of family support, encouragement, and, probably, income; luckiest in their educational and career opportunities; and luckiest in so many other ways difficult to enumerate — these are the folks who reap the largest rewards. The only way for even a putative meritocracy to hope to pass ethical muster, to be considered fair, is if those who are the luckiest in all of those respects also have the greatest responsibility to work hard, to contribute to the betterment of the world, and to share their luck with others.” ― Ben Bernanke |
