Now that summer has finally arrived, it is time to enjoy the beautiful weather and time to go out and enjoy being with our friends and family, whether it be taking a nice long walk, going for a bike ride, or taking the grandkids for an ice cream cone. In addition, you can also reach out to your council members and plan a picnic or cookout. This past 4th of July, our country turned 250 years old. It doesn’t seem possible, does it, when we are all still so very young!! 😊 It is a time to celebrate how lucky we all are to live in a free society where we can make our own decisions and make choices to better serve our country and fellow Americans. The Royal Arcanum is an organization that is so valuable to our society. Not just because of the wonderful products we sell, but for all of our councils who do so much for their communities, whether it be monetarily, acts of service, or donations to the many wonderful organizations throughout our country.  These are just a few of the many things our Royal Arcanians do for the greater good of our society. As my term as your Supreme Regent is coming to an end, I would like to thank all of you for your love and support these past two years. I can’t express enough how I have enjoyed visiting many jurisdictions and meeting so many lovely people. Everyone has been so generous and kind and has shown me how much love and generosity there is in our society. I will cherish these memories forever. Covelli Supreme Regent    Celebrate America 250 July 4, 2026, marked this country’s 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence! This historic milestone honors the nation’s founding principles of liberty and self-government, and those ideals have evolved over two and a half centuries.  Every state is celebrating with many activities. Hopefully, you will be able to take part and enjoy. Display your US flag and Happy 250th Birthday, America! Janice S. Brazas Elected Member of the Executive Committee    The 107th Session is This Month We’re less than 3 weeks away from the Royal Arcanum’s 107th Session. We hope you’ve decided to join us for friendship, fellowship, and the important business that will guide our society for the next few years. All reservations and plans should be in place. Be sure to arrange your travel and start getting ready for anything you’ll be bringing. The Session is businesscasual; our ‘Salute to the USA’s 250th Birthday Theme Dinner’ where all members and guests are encouraged to showcase Americana spirit by wearing red, white, and blue attire, or to come as a figure from America’s 250-year history.    Charitable Activities Highlights   Michigan Grand Council Medora Council #1648 Alpha-Agassiz Council # 1 Massachusetts Grand Council Lourdeshouse Maternity Home Thank you for the donations that are starting to roll in from our subordinate and grand councils in support of our summer project for the Lourdeshouse Maternity Home. Lourdeshouse is a safe haven for pregnant women in need of shelter and individualized maternity care, offering specialized treatment plans. Residents are supported in accessing medical care and community resources. Lourdeshouse creates a homelike environment for the women they serve and their babies.
